3BR 3BA Condo + Parking near UPenn, Drexel, Art Museum, Zoo, Downtown

Beautiful property! We had a great stay, and the rooftop deck was fabulous for watching fireworks. The place is new and very classy, well decorated, with three private bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Both on- and off-street parking is available and it was convenient although the street in front is a bit of a speedway for a one-way residential street. Only issue was that the price listed on VRBO was NOT accurate. The host messaged and informed me after I booked, but that is annoying after you spend time searching and comparing and making decisions. Hopefully she has updated it.

Property was just as advertised. Had an issue with the electronic door lock, contacted the owner and the issue was resolved in less than an hour with a new lock. Plenty of room for the 3 of us and the place was spotless on arrival. Parking not an issue.

Meng was great and quickly replied when contacted. Good location easy access to University City. Gave a 4 for accuracy because sThird bedroom is a pull out couch with a 2 inch mattress. Tough sleep for a 6’1” 180 19 year old. Secondly the matress for the king upstairs is way too soft. I prefer firm but this was impossibly soft. Otherwise enjoyed it. Well outfitted.

Pros:- Spacious, decent amount of street parking, modern & secure building.Cons:- Cleanliness: the place needed to be swept & mopped. When I asked the host where the broom was they suggested I rinse/clean the outdoor broom on the roof & use it for the indoor floors. - There is no dedicated parking spot. There is a parking pass used for the open lot in the back however there were only 6 spots & they were always taken so street parking had to be used throughout our stay. - Host helpfulness. Although they were responsive, they weren’t as helpful. A broom is needed for an 8 day stay. I like to clean up in order to feel comfortable. - Although the home is modern, I would not list it as luxury based on some of the Cons mentioned.
