Nestled in the heart of breathtaking Spring Hill countryside, this 4-bedroom home is an entertainer’s dream with all the bells-and-whistles for your next getaway. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature while enjoying all the modern comforts in this impressive rural home.

Surrounded by some of Victoria’s best fresh produce, providores, farm gates, wineries, and distilleries to stock up at.
Why cook when some of Victoria’s best eateries are down the road in Trentham, such as Du Fermier, The Cosmopolitan Hotel, Pig and Whistle Hotel, Trentham General, and Red Beard Bakery. Or venture to Daylesford or Kyneton for many more incredible dining options.

Rate is for 8 guests. Extra couch-surfers are an additional $50 per night on a fold out couch in the loft master bedroom, up to 2 extras only (maximum 10 guests total).
House trained and well behaved pets allowed by prior arrangement ($25 per pet, max 2 pets). No heavy shedding breeds. Yard isn`t fully fenced so won`t suit all pets.
No parties, schoolies groups, 18th, 21st, hens, bucks, or other all-male groups.
Fire pits are subject to CFA enforced restrictions, and are not allowed in fire danger period and total fire ban days.
50% initial payment due upon booking and 50% balance payment charged 14 days prior to arrival.
*Tax applied to the booking is the Victorian state government’s new Short Stay Levy, charged on Holiday Rental properties.
Children must be supervised at all times, as the dam is unfenced and only metres away from the cottage. As such this property may not suit all families.
Leave the property clean on departure, close to the way you found it as is standard with most holiday rentals (dishes, benches, rubbish, etc).
Please respect neighbours - no parties, no music outside, no additional sound equipment (DJ, PA etc), no noise after 10pm.
Complaint calls from neighbours incurs fees and may result in eviction. After hours call outs due to avoidable incidents caused by guests incur fees.
Pets by prior request only ($25 pet fee). Guests responsible for any damage or clean-up, see Pet Policy in House Rules. Small house-trained pets only.

The property was the perfect winter getaway. It was warm and inviting from the moment we arrived, with the fireplace already roaring and setting the tone for a cosy stay.The kitchen was very well equipped, with plenty of cupboard space to store all of our groceries and keep everything neat and out of sight.This was an adult family weekend getaway, and we chose the property with the intention of settling in and not needing to leave for entertainment and it absolutely delivered. Our cars didn’t leave the driveway until it was time to head home.The spa was a standout, easily spacious enough for eight people, and the view across the property made it even more relaxing, with kangaroos and ducks regularly wandering through the grounds.The firepit was another highlight, and the outdoor furniture made it easy to sit back and enjoy the space. Indoors, we spent our time enjoying games, food and drinks, such a lovely way to reconnect as a growing family.Thank you to the team for a wonderful Stayz experience. We had a fantastic weekend and would happily return.

We were met with a fire already burning in this lovely house. The grounds are simply stunning, the beds very comfortable, and outdoor under covered area inviting with comfortable lounge and large table and heaters. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed our meals around the very large bench.All our needs were seen to straight away by the friendly staff.I will recommend this stay highly.

Our stay was amazing, the property was immaculate and the host was great to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again. Warm fire and large outdoor spa topped off a great weekend away.

My impression was ok. I expected a lot more but what we had was ok. There could have been more cleaning equipment and coackroaches on sheets could have been evaporated
