Summary:
A delightfully modern 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom town house close to Marryatville High school, Shops, pubs and bus stop just 50M from the house to take you down Kensington Rd to the city. Perfect for both a short stay or a longer one.
Sorry not suited to children under 6.
The Space:
Downstairs-
Front living room with sofa and tv (not pictured).
Queen bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe
Large kitchen with all you could need for preparing meals and a fully stocked pantry.
An open plan dining and living room with outdoor courtyard with seating for 4-6 and a Weber bbq.
The laundry and and second downstairs toilet is also on this level.

The Neighborhood:
A lovely quiet neighbourhood which is close to parks, shops and cafes/pubs. A 12 minute bus ride will take you to the city centre or you could walk into Norwood for your choice of more expansive cafes, shopping and entertainment. Nothing is very far.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Strictly NO smoking or vaping inside or outside. If you are smokers or anyone with you are smokers, please do not book this property.

Must be 25 years of age to book.

We loved the property- well located, comfortable and had everything that we could have hoped for. The property owners were extremely helpful and responsive. A perfect place in Adelaide. Hope to stay there again.
