About this house rental

Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath, with full kitchen... There is a locked door between upstairs and downstairs... We live upstairs. But don't worry you get the space to yourself, we will not enter your area while you have it rented. Wake up and drink your coffee while watching the river go by... Ac and heat work great. Pellet bbq grill filled with pellets for you to use! We are conveniently located right on Hwy 12. Right on the Clearwater water river if you want to fish!!!

Room to park a boat or other trailer!

Sorry but we have had to change our rules and we no longer allow inside pets.

The property was just as described. Great view of Clearwater lake. Private. Clean w all needed amenities. Huge shower. Comfy beds and pillows. Lots of storage. We drove up from South West Idaho to see our son for the weekend. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
