This beautifully remodeled two-story sits right on the beach. Each level is a private unit with its own deck—this listing is for the top floor, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows across the front for breathtaking views. Whether you're sipping morning coffee as the sunrises or enjoying cocktails at sunset, this home delivers the ultimate beachfront bliss!
Fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing, stress-free getaway. Enjoy all-new floors, paint, furniture, appliances, and electronics throughout the main living areas. An elevator from ground level brings you just steps from your front door. Covered parking is available beneath the home, with additional outdoor parking onsite.
Need a break from the sand? Lounge on the spacious deck—perfect for sunbathing, happy hour, or watching the gorgeous sunset. Inside, two inviting sitting rooms offer ideal spots to unwind—one with sweeping beach views for relaxing or conversation, and one with a large smart TV and a view of the north side of the beach.
The home includes three bedrooms and three full baths. The spacious master suite features a king bed, walk-in closet with safe, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom, while the third offers two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.
Fully equipped cook’s kitchen with induction cooktop and convection oven, Vitamix blender, drip & Keurig coffee makers, toaster, and every gadget you need—bake or cook anything with ease.

Guest hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rental Agent and their agents, owners, successors, employees and contractors from and against any costs, damages, liabilities, claims, legal fees and other actions for any damages, costs, attorneys fees incurred by Guest, permitted guests, visitors or agents, representatives or successors of Guest due to any claims relating to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life sustained by Guest or family and visitors of Guest in or about the Property and Guest expressly agrees to save and hold Rental Agent harmless in all such cases.
RELEASE
Guest hereby waives and releases any claims against Rental Agent, the Property owner and their successors, assigns, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any injuries or death that may be sustained by Guest on or near or adjacent to the Property, including any common facilities, activities or amenities. We had a fantastic stay. If you’re looking for a place on Fort Myers Beach, this is an excellent choice. The beach is fully restored and absolutely beautiful — the views from the deck are outstanding.The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, making it easy to cook meals at home. There’s a Publix less than a mile away that has everything you could possibly need, which is very convenient.As of February 2026, restaurant options on the island are still somewhat limited, with only a few places reopened so far — but that’s no reflection on the property itself.The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are updated and clean, and the host is extremely responsive and easy to work with.Thank you for a wonderful stay — we would absolutely come back.
