High up, all to yourself. This penthouse for up to 4 people occupies the entire top floor. You’ll enjoy complete privacy and a large rooftop terrace that’s all yours. The wide windows bring the Schlei right into the living room. You sit at the table, sipping coffee, tea, or wine, and gaze out at the water. The drawbridge moves, sailboats glide by, and the light shifts throughout the day. A place to breathe deeply. A place to stay.
New as of January 2026: A modern wood-burning stove now ensures cozy moments on cool days. The crackling romance and comforting warmth make the penthouse the perfect winter hideaway with a view of the water.
For added convenience, you can take the elevator from the underground parking garage directly to the penthouse apartment.
