Stayed here for a race weekend and the location was great. 10 min from sky harbor, easy access to the highways, and in a very safe neighborhood. We walked our dogs nightly with no issues. Beds were incredibly comfortable and we were able to make a small meal in the kitchen. We did end up bringing a bigger pot because they had smaller sized cookware so be aware if you are cooking a larger meal. Overall, highly recommend. Rich was quick to answer any and all questions we had and the value for our stay was absolutely there!
