Including complimentary private parking, in unit laundry, fully equipped kitchen and 3 beds sleeping up to 6 people.

We were able to walk from the condo to River street, broughton, and city market. It’s a little under 2 miles to the river but the walk is very accessible. It’s very near to Forsyth Park and the famous fountain!The location is near many great restaurants and a Kroger. We also drive to Tybee Island for a day and it wasn’t far at all. Overall, the location was great and we always felt safe walking to our locations.

The property was modern, clean, comfortable, and easily accessible! The property manager was extremely nice and helpful. Check in and checkout was easy. And a heads up... properties on the first floor do not have the Juliette doors but the ease of accessibility from the parking garage for my 93 year old mother far outweighed not having the Juliette doors! We would definitely stay here upon return visit!

Overall property was clean except showers. Notify guests when exterminator is on property. Light fixture at master bath needs changing.
