It is super clean and it has everything you need for a short stay. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Great location . Very easy and quick to get on main freeways. Signal hills is a very nice area and this is a very reasonable price for this area. The manager is professional and replies my text in seconds! Super great place!

We were in town for my niece’s graduation and last minute opted for a Vrbo v hotel. Happy that we did! Roomy, nicely appointed and i loved the outside sitting.
We appreciated the coin-operated, on site laundry.
If you are driving, access to the single, designated parking spot is through a narrow alley and a bit awkward but manageable.
Lovely stay with responsive support.

The place was adequate for our stay and was complete with information that helped us like places to go or nearby grocery stores. The only concern i had was the entrance to the parking space as it was narrow for bigger vehicles to go in. Otherwise it was a good place to stay and hopefully we book there again
