About this house rental
This wonderful house is located in one of the few places in the country where you can have properties with direct access to the beach without a street in between. Added to that, access to the house does not give direct access to the street so privacy and tranquility are extreme. It has 4 decks, 2 fireplaces and 1 barbecue. You will be able to enjoy the best sunsets in the world and sleep with the waves of the sea. The house is super modern, it is equipped with everything you need to spend the best holidays.
It has 3 gardens, a gas kitchen equipped with electric oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. A dining room for 8 people with two windows to the sea, as well as a living room with designer furniture with a gigantic window to enjoy the ocean view. Ping pong table, sun loungers, hammocks and much more will be available for an incredible holiday.
Watch the most incredible sunsets and storms from our window. You will be surprised with the wonders of nature. You will not need any TV after sitting in our living home.
We did not build this house for renting. It was our family vacation home for the summer and winter, so you can be there 24/7 without being cold or warm. After so many friends and family came from other countries to visit us, we thought to offer it to other people who can enjoy it as well.

The home is very comfortable and a great location between Montevideo and Punta del Este. The closest town is Piriapolis, about 7 minutes' drive and the beaches there are very nice. The beach at the home is also nice for sunbathing, but it's very rocky and not suitable for swimming. There are restaurants up and down the coast and one winery close by, Cerro Del Torro, that offers lunch and tasting. The other wineries are about 90 minutes' drive, and we explored a few of them during our stay. Our host Bruno was very friendly and responsive as well. I would highly recommend his home.
