The Dolly Dream House is a Nashville vibe! Featuring Dolly Parton, Taylor Swift, Johnny Cash and Music City. 4 Bedrooms, 2 full bathroom, sleeps 12 with brand new QUEEN tempur-pedic beds, HUGE living and dining room that comfortably seat 12 or more guests. Gorgeous outdoor screened in deck to watch the deer graze the lawn. ONE MILE FROM THE LAKE and 20 minutes from downtown NASHVILLE! This is the perfect bachelorette party, girls getaway, vacation destination, birthday parties and more!
The Johnny Cash room has queen over twin XL bunk beds, with tempura pedic mattresses. Comfortably sleeping 3-4. The Taylor Swift room has a queen tempura pedic mattress comfortably sleeping 2, and features a lighted vanity makeup area. And don't forget to grab a selfie with the life size Taylor Swift! The Dolly Parton room is hot pink with a tempura pedic queen mattress and fold out sofa bed, comfortably sleeping 3-4. The Nashville room has a queen termpura pedic mattress comfortably sleeping 2. Fold out sofa bed in living room comfortably sleeping 1-2.
Each room has tv's and the living room has a huge big screen tv. Wifi is high speed and streaming services are on all tvs. There is a HUGE outdoor screened in living area great for entertaining and relaxation. The dining room seats 8 and there is an additional bar table and chairs in living room set up perfectly to watch the big screen. There is tons and tons of seating in living room as well as chairs in the bedrooms. Blackout curtains in every room for those sleep in days after a great nights sleep. The details of this home are AMAZING!
The entire house in insta worthy and each room has a spot for selfies and group photos. It is an influencers dream! Take a photo next to the life sized Dolly Parton or life sized Taylor Swift and post away!
Your ride to Nashville is 20 minutes and you are on Broadway. The best thing about this home is the proximity to the LAKE! Just one mile from the lake and several marinas to enjoy a sunset dinner. Speaking of great food, there are so many wonderful restaurants ranging from fine dining steak houses to fast food. Plenty of Nashville hot chicken spots too. Tons of shopping at boutiques, parks within a half a mile to take a walk by the lake. Explore the sites where Taylor Swift graduated high school and she built a park with huge play area for kids. See the former home of Johnny Cash or the gravesites of Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash right down the road.

We had a great time at the house! The theme rooms were awesome, the location was perfect & Camile was an amazing property manager. My daughter loved the Taylor Swift room, we were very close/but just far enough away from stores/restaurants/softball fields & Camile made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely a good choice!

The Dolly House was the perfect location for 7 college friends to meet up. The house is adorable and so much fun!A few suggestions - consider two twin beds in the bedrooms vs bed and futon, more towel hooks, a manual with info about the property/local recommendations and make sure your cleaners look under beds/etc for items. Lastly the rug in the living room was really slippery.

Great photo opportunities in and out…easy check in and check out…plenty of room for guests and only 30 mins from downtown…would recommend for Girls Weekend!
