Modern kitchen is fully loaded with dishwasher, full-size fridge with ice maker, full-size stove with oven, microwave, filtered water system, pots, pans, baking dishes, serving ware, cutlery, utensils, toaster, espresso machine, kettle, some condiments and spices, tea and coffee, napkins, dish soap and hand soap.
Bedding (sheets and blankets), bathing towels, hand towels, kitchen towels, paper towels and toilet paper are included.
Things to bring:
Personal hygiene items, cloths, house shoes, water shoes, sunscreen
Please note: there is a $500 security deposit. A partial or the full amount could be charged if there is any damage to the cottage or the surrounding property.
* There are security cameras at each entrance to the cottage, for your safety and security
* Some cabinets and closets in the property are for host's personal use. Those will be marked accordingly.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The cleanliness of the property was impressive, and every detail was well taken care of. There were so many activities to keep the kids entertained, and the perfect view made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! Place was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. Great waterfront area and the cottage is very comfortable. Close proximity to town is also a plus.

Property was beautiful and located right on the muskoka river. Everything was functional. We played a couple games of pool (slopes a bit) and darts. Wifi was a bit spotty so we weren’t able to watch a movie but we really enjoyed the games. The biggest down side was the air fresheners in each room. 2 of us have allergies and it really affected us. Know now to ask next time. A couple more hand towels would be appreciated. We did enjoy our time. All in all a great stay.
