About this house rental
My home is brand new as it was built in 2022, and I am the first owner (bought in Sept. 2023). I live on the first floor with a separate side entrance to give you full privacy. You will enter the unit through the front door with a private hallway that takes you directly up to the second floor.
2nd Floor:
The kitchen, dining room, and living room with a private balcony looking out at Jefferson Park are all on the second floor. The living room has a smart TV with cable and all streaming apps and a Sofa Bed. There is an electric fireplace in the dining room with a remote that enables you to control the temperature and colors of flames. Modern appliances and furniture throughout.
3rd Floor:
The bedrooms and laundry are on the third floor. The master bedroom has a king bed with a spacious walk-in closet, a large balcony overlooking the park, and cable TV. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, and both bedrooms contain beautiful ensuite bathrooms.
Rooftop:
The entire rooftop is your private patio space with outdoor furniture, a gas fireplace, and a gas grill. The patio gives 360-degree views of the city skyline, Empower Field, and the mountains.

We had a great stay in this three-story townhouse in a nice downtown Denver neighborhood. The townhouse is immaculate! It is across from Jefferson Park, with many restaurants and grocery shopping within walking distance. It was not difficult to find on street parking. There is a fantastic view from the rooftop deck: views of the city, the Bronco's stadium, and the mountains. We could even see Pike's Peak in the distance. This property exceeds all expectations and is highly recommended!

Great rental Really nice neighborhood. Close to football field. The unit itself was very clean with great amenities. Love the decks. Will recommend!
