About this house rental
Enjoy all the amenities Black Butte has to offer in this very special home.
Offered for the first time ever to Black Butte Ranch guests, this spacious house has 5 large bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms, with room for large family gatherings, or multiple families staying together.
Situated right next to the 7th fairway of the Big Meadow Course, this home has tons of outdoor space and a large back deck for lounging, eating meals, and enjoying the view.
As you walk through the front door into the main living room and dining room, you are instantly greeted by a wonderful view of pine trees and the golf course, to your right is the Primary Bedroom and bathroom, with a tiled shower and soaking tub.
To your left is the Kitchen, dining area, a spacious office, for those working remote, and the rest of the bedrooms.
Two of the bedrooms provide queen beds, one bedroom has a queen and a full, and finally the last bedroom has a queen bed and two twins.
You will find a bonus room on the second floor, a great space for kids, and next to the three car garage is plenty of storage for extra bags, ski gear, golf gear, etc.

Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments will be refundable less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds after 45 days prior to your arrival date.
As of January 1st, 2024: Black Butte Ranch charges a guest access fee equal to12% of the nightly rate for full access to pools, tennis courts, bike paths and Ranch facilities. This amount is paid at the time of booking, and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.

This house was perfect for our large family. We were able to walk to the lodge pool and the kids had s great time riding their bikes to visit other pools and activities.The kitchen was well supplied with dished ,glassware and cooking utensils.We would definitely return to this rental for our location.

The house and the location on the golf course are great. Our three generations had a great week. The description was accurate. However, the floors were filthy, outdoor furniture was broken and several lights in the house were burned out or damaged. The property manager responded and mopped the floors and brought over plastic chairs and light bulbs, but not of that should have been necessary.
