The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless appliances, cookware, and bar seating—perfect for casual breakfasts or winding down after a day on the beach. The king bedroom provides a quiet retreat for restful nights, and the sofa bed allows additional guests to stay comfortably.
Guests can also enjoy the elevated outdoor pool and the laid-back charm of Cherry Grove’s quieter beachfront setting. It’s the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and make lasting coastal memories.
No TRAILERS, MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, or COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are allowed at this Property.
Parking is available in front of the Condo for 2 vehicles.
A code will be provided at the time of Check-in for the smart lock.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and an optional non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $35. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

We kindly ask you to utilize the washer and dryer if available in the unit to freshen linens. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Horry County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Myrtle Beach, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.
This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach's Ordinance rules.
Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.

I had a really nice visit. For the money, I think it's hard to beat. Loved the balcony. The sound and sight of the ocean was right at my fingertips.

Super nice location. No sound of traffic noise. WiFi was difficult at times to search for connection. Could use a few to focus on: main door into condo needs new hinges, for the door would hit hard on the door frame (mid-aligned) and would wake up my girl friend as I would go and come back from shopping. Excellent price and location was superb. I will be back. Thank you

The best thing about this condo was the location. However, the condo needs updating. The sofa was old, and the cushions were shot. The carpet in the living area was a tripping hazard and the bedroom vent had black soot all around it. Only had very basic amenities as it relates to bath products. Would not stay there again unless the current issues were resolved and the unit updated.
