The house is surrounded by old trees, saunas, heated indoor swimming pool(works May-Oct), pizza&grill oven, housetree, ping-pong, putting green, bicycles, basketball court and own 6 hole golf course with golfcart. 25min airport. 20 min sea beach by car. On 40000m2 property there are your house, our private and another guest house. The ONLY common part is a golf course
