Located within Carillon Beach, guests can walk to one of eight private beach access points in approximately 5–10 minutes. With tranquil lake views, Gulf breezes, and a laid-back coastal atmosphere, Chasing Sunsets is the perfect place to slow down and soak in the beauty of the coast.
The Inn is nestled within the beautiful Carillon Beach community in Sunnyside, Florida, offering a prime location less than 3 miles from Rosemary Beach and 30A and just minutes from the shopping, dining, and entertainment at Pier Park. Guests can enjoy strolling through this private beach neighborhood surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping and an impressive array of resort-style amenities, including 4 pools (3 heated from winter through spring break), 2 hot tubs, a playground, basketball court, tennis and pickleball courts, walking trails, a wedding chapel, and expansive green spaces.
