This 365 sq ft condo has been completely redone by our new owner! Modern furnishings have been added, along with updated flooring, cabinets, and countertops. Located at 2551 Cartwright Rd. this charming low-rise boutique hotel sits off the beaten path yet a close walk to everything you care about. Cabana at Waikiki sits in a less traveled area off Kapahulu Avenue, just a block from the world famous Waikiki Beach. The greatest thing about this property is that you feel as though you are out of the hustle and bustle of Waikiki yet are but a short stroll from popular restaurants, amazing shopping, white sand beaches, and vibrant nightlife. Not to mention the lush green Kapiolani Park and Honolulu Zoo are just around the corner! The Cabana At Waikiki is the ideal choice for your tropical Hawaiian getaway.
This condo is also furnished with a well equipped kitchen ready to cook and eat. Feedback from our guests show that this is one of the best ways to take control of your vacation budget! Preparing meals instead of eating out three times a day can save an average of $100 a day per couple. This is a must for the budget minded traveler. Coin operated washers and dryers are available.
The sleeping arrangements are convenient with a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa-sleeper in the living room which will sleep the 3rd guest (Sofa bed can sleep 1 Adult or 2 Children). This condo does have a new door/partition to separate the bedroom and living room.
Important Note:
-There is no pool and no parking. Public transportation is very convenient and walking distance to shops and restaurants in the area.
-This building is stair-access only; there is no elevator. Make sure everyone in your party is able to go up and down steps. This unit is on the 2nd floor.
Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:
-Beach chairs, boogie board, and one cooler
-Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)
Check in is 3:30PM — Check out is 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Amenities were sufficient for our stay. Week stay should be at least that amount of product for the coffee with creamer and sugar for a week stay. Great location and ease of entering and exiting the room. Bedding all right maybe another comforter for use winter people coming in even though it was a pleasant 77-79 degrees for the week. Would stay again if traveling to the island again.

While I missed that there was no parking on site, the condo is a vacation rental property so communication was through a third party. There were no basics for cooking (i.e. oil spray for pans). The condo was neat but there was a lot of trash and access to the building was crowded with garbage. The security gates on sight were nice. The listing was misleading as laundry services are not readily available but shared and coin operated. This is less a VRBO that led to a relaxing vacation getaway, but renting a kitchenette from a hotel.
