Welcome to this fantastic home that will have you staying year after year with your loved ones! This snowbird-friendly home enjoys a prime location within the award-winning Mission Lakes Country Club, which offers a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a Riviera-style, saltwater heated pool at the clubhouse, exercise rooms, tennis courts, a restaurant, and a pro shop. You are close to great attractions, including Cabot's Pueblo Museum, Big Morongo Canyon Preserve, Palm Springs Air Museum, Agua Caliente Casino, Palm Springs Art Museum, and Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.
This home enjoys a spacious backyard with a desert landscape and a covered patio where you can lounge and unwind with a refreshing beverage in hand while the grilling master of the group treats everyone to delicious grilled meals prepared on the adjacent gas grill. There is a nice outdoor dining area to dine alfresco and a second lounge area with a fire table, where you can gather at night for some storytelling or planning your next adventures.
Inside, this snowbird-friendly home away from home boasts a welcoming living area with high ceilings and a gas fireplace - the ideal spot to spread out comfortably and stream fun shows and movies on Roku TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large pantry, an island with granite counters with seating, and all the appliances needed to prepare culinary masterpieces. The primary suite enjoys a large walk-in closet, access to the back patio, and an en suite bath with dual sinks. Both additional bedrooms feature desks that can be used as workspaces.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

If this house is available I highly recommend it. It is much nicer in person (not saying the pictures are bad lol) and it is more than over stocked with everything you need. This house is just a perfect getaway and makes you feel right at home. I stayed for two months and wished it was longer. Everyone was very very friendly and had great attitudes and were very helpful. I’m being honest… don’t pass on this place if it’s available. Till next time✌️
