Summary:
Gulf Tower is a low density, gulf front, high rise located in the heart of Gulf Shores, AL only 1.4 miles west of Highway 59 (& The Hangout) near shopping, dining, and entertainment. Located on the 12th floor, unit 12-A is a spacious, well appointed, 1000 square feet, two-bedroom, two-bath condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! The balcony is enclosed, acting like a sunroom, with sliding glass doors which provide privacy and yearlong enjoyment of the beach and gulf.
The Space:
Unit 12-A is nicely appointed and features a well-equipped kitchen (offering a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker) with granite counters, tile floors in the common area and carpet in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, dining table which seats 6 & a washer/ dryer. The large master bedroom features a private bath, king sized bed, and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV, and a bathroom just across the hall. This condo sleeps 6. The living area has access to the sunroom/ balcony and features a large flat screen TV, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa.
Guest Access:
Aside from the fantastic coastal views, there is also an outdoor pool, BBQ grills, exercise room and free WIFI in the Club Room for your use and pleasure. This location does have an elevator for ease of access throughout the building.
The Neighborhood:
IMPORTANT: ONLY ONE vehicle is allowed in the parking lot. Gulf Tower is located directly on the beach with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The complex has a beach-side pool and BBQ grill area.
Other Things to Note:
**ONLY ONE PARKING PASS ALLOWED AT THIS COMPLEX**
If you have a second vehicle, we offer parking at our office, which is 10-minutes from the complex, for $50/stay.
Lost beach/pool access fob will result in a $100 replacement fee.

We loved the condo! It was perfect for our family - very spacious and had everything we needed. The covered balcony was beautiful! Great for breakfast with a view:) The convenience of the pool and beach was amazing! We had such a blast this trip and would return to this property in the future!

The condo was exactly what we expected. The description online is perfect. It was extremely clean and the best place for us to stay with our four children that age from 3 to 9. We will definitely come back!

First time staying at Gulf Towers, my family and I really enjoyed it! My little ones are already asking to go back.

The location was great. All the beds in this condo are worn out, and the twin beds were quite noisy anytime my kids moved around. In general surfaces were clean but the condo needs a deep clean around things like caked dust on the wicker furniture (which is almost all the furniture) and dust on the popcorn ceiling. The couches were also worn out and uncomfortable. This condo worked for us in general but with some improvements could be great. Also, with being on the beach I suggest adding a broom and dustpan.
