About this house rental
This is the place…To gather, to relax, to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the river, to take in the grandeur of the mountains, or to access BYU, UVU, Sundance, or shopping! Our Victorian home will be the place to do all of this! You will love the river, deck, pool, the expansive yard with a hot tub, swings, hammock, gazebo, fire pit, pickleball court, basketball hoop, and adorable play house. Not to mention all the paths through flower gardens and fruit trees. And being at the end of the cul-de-sac makes it private!
The house has 4 Levels:
1. Main Level: formal living room, family room, kitchen/dining area with 2 dishwashers, laundry and half bath. The deck is enormous and has a BBQ and lots of additional seating and lounging.
2. Second Level: The Master bedroom with it's own private balcony overlooking the backyard and river, another king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a large room with a king bed and twin trundle.
3. Third Level: The spacious loft has a queen, 2 twins, and a twin bunk bed, along with another full bathroom and tons of extra room for playing or sleeping more people on the floor.
4. The basement has a large family area with a fireplace, an air hockey table, game table and dining area, another full kitchen, a small room with a queen bed, a king bedroom connected to the bathroom and a room with 2 twin trundle beds.
There are 5 TV’s and hi speed WiFi throughout the house. Most bedrooms have tables or desks for easy workspaces.
You will have access to the entire house and yard and basement with it’s private entrance. For those who may need it, our home also has an elevator from the garage to the main floor and second floor. Please let us know if you will need access to the elevator during your stay.
There is a keypad for your self-entry, a fee for persons over a total of 16 and a 10 car maximum.
You will love that Costco and University Mall are just up the hill 1/2 mile away!!

Such an amazing property, from Bedrooms to pool, Hot Tub, yard (River) Pickle Ball, Basketball court. Had a Wedding Party stay at home for sure a 5* property. Hard to keep a wedding party inside the home after 10pm was the only challenge with all the amenities.

We had 10 of us stay here including 4 kids and it was the perfect property for us. We had so much room and were able to really spread out and not be in each others way. The 4 kids all stayed in the 3rd floor room that had 2 sets of bunk beds plus a queen bed. They had a ball, and the adults had plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other. The house was very clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and the 2 dishwashers were perfect for a large group. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again!
