Saida Towers IV #4709 is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at one of the premier properties on South Padre Island. Enjoy a great location on the beach with access to top-tier resort-style amenities.
Condo Features:
Master Bedroom: King bed, TV, and ceiling fan.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed, TV, and ceiling fan.
Living Room: Spacious area with a sofa (non-sleeper) and TV. Air mattress available upon request/availability.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a standard coffee maker and essential appliances.
Bathrooms: Both bathrooms feature a bathtub.
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person wristband fee $25 plus tax. Wristbands are required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and old are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the wristband fee will apply. The wristband fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

perfect for a 2- night stay. The kitchen

The condo was clean and as described in the listing. It was perfect for my family and our small dog. The only reason I withheld 1star was because the parking was terrible. As per the security, there should be 2 parking spots (we had 2 parking permits given to us at check in) per condo, we only had 1 vehicle and were unable to secure a parking spot for 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. We had to park along the fire lane which put our vehicle at risk of getting hit. Other than that, we had a great stay:)
