The Breakfast Club Flat is a 1st floor 2 bed/1 bath apartment in a perfect location to enjoy Tampa! Walk across the street to the University of Tampa, or two blocks away to the Riverwalk. A 5-10 minute Uber/Lyft ride will get you to Amalie Arena, Ybor City, or anywhere in SOHO. 15 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the beaches. When you’re ready for a rest, relax on the porch with a view of Tampa, or curl up in the spacious living room with a book, or a movie in front of the TV!
The Space:
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, and a sun room. The master bedroom has 1 queen and 1 full size bed with a large closet, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed with a closet.
A fully stocked kitchen with a full stove and oven gives you plenty of food options or you can walk two blocks to local restaurants.
The living Room is roomy and has a Smart TV.
The sunroom has a desk and chair, and a hammock.
There is parking in front, beside, or behind the building.

Guest access the property via Smart Lock. Access code provided 1- hour prior to check-in.
Getting Around:

10/10!! We loved our stay! It was me and 2 work friends. We were in town for a convention at the Tampa Convention Center. It was about a 15 walk to the CC or a quick scooter/Uber. Perfect location! I was so impressed by how professional the communication was with the app they used. Make for such an easy check in and check out. The cleanliness was perfect and the pictures did a perfect job representing the place. We loved it! If ever in Tampa again I will definitely be reaching out again! :)
