Our 2-bedroom, sleeps-8 was larger than we expected. In particular, the living area, dining area, and balcony were quite spacious. The dining table had space for 8 (6 chairs there), and there were 3 additional chairs at a counter. I mention this because a lot of sleeps-8 timeshares only have seats-6 tables.The cleanliness of the property was a little hit-or-miss. The room was clean, and most common areas were clean. The minigolf course was the best-kept resort minigolf we've ever seen (and we've been to a lot)! On the other hand, our building's elevator and some walkways were dirtier than expected.Walmart & a gas station were very close by, which turned out to be handy.The price was the best I could find in the area--so much so that I was a little concerned that I was getting scammed. But everything was exactly as represented! Assuming you're OK with staying "off-site" for a WDW or Universal Studios trip, I'd recommend this owner and this location!
