Large, modern luxury townhome located less than 3 miles from the heart of Downtown Music City and a quick Uber/Lyft to any of Nashville’s hot-spots like Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, and Broadway. The unit is 7 bed & 3.5 bath to comfortably sleep large groups and/or families. The main floor offers an amazing kitchen with ample seating, high-end appliances, bar-style kitchen counter, and modern decor. We have 1 garage space as well as a dedicated parking spot available if you’re driving!

This modern family home was a 5 star stay up until the last day. Everything that would be considered essential in a home was provided and the host was quite communicative and helpful. Unfortunately, as we were loading up to leave some of our luggage was stolen out of the car in front of the home. We were not familiar with the area, neither did we see anything on the booking site warning us about the area. But please be careful if you intend on booking, just watch your surroundings at all times. :)

This rental was a great place to stay. It was very close to the University. The owner Chase was easy to contact and responded quickly. Also the unit was clean and smelled fresh
