🚗 Two vehicles permitted per property (unless private driveway allows more)
🏘 This property is located in a Homeowners Association (HOA); tenants must adhere to HOA rules (found in the guest portal & property binder)
⚠️ Any fines incurred due to tenant behavior will be collected from the tenant
🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the property. Smoking marijuana is illegal in PA and is not permitted anywhere on the property (inside or outside)

Everything from the check in, house amenities to communication with the manager was great! The property itself was exactly what was described. The only negative thing about this property was that you do have to drive to slopes. Walking to it is NOT a viable option. It can be done, sure you can walk anywhere if you set your mind to it BUT I'm almost certain no one does. So I would say to the property manager to maybe include that in the description so people who don't know the area are not surprised when they arrive to the check in. Thank you.

This is a condo we were familiar with growing up at Hidden Valley, so it was just like old times. There was plenty of room for the kids, very clean and well stocked kitchen, and just a short shuttle ride from the lodge. The condo had lots of games/entertainment for the kids. We enjoyed the property very much.
