Brand New Modern Home in Orlando

This is our favorite place to stay. Very clean. Will come back again and again!

Property was exactly as listed. Clean, plenty of space and stocked with everything needed. Communication with owner and landlord was quick and very positive. When we arrived the sink was missing a plug, manager sent one over within an hour. That night, realized the sliding door at the back entrance of the property didn’t lock, manager had someone fix it the following day. The house was close to amenities like Publix, McDonalds, etc.Only negative was the check-in process at the gate. Security guards place everyone in two lanes which overflowed and backed out onto busy Sand Mine Rd, which was incredibly dangerous (especially at night). Would’ve been fine just checking in once, but the lineup was long every time we returned to the resort, no matter the time of day. The clubhouse lineup was always 10 people deep (or more) which is where you would exchange your drivers license for equipment like basketball, volleyball, and mini golf. Not a lot of fun waiting in line for 15 minutes at the resort to grab equipment every time you want to use it.That being said, location was great, house was exactly as described, owner and manager were prompt to answer any questions or concerns and extremely helpful … would definitely stay again! Thank you.

The house was clean and nice. The only thing was there weren’t any wash clothes (no big deal about that because you can still do what you need to do lol) And the pool needed chlorine. Other than that everything was great, we fully enjoyed ourselves. Hopefully we are able to come back. Ps. I love the dishes! Especially the bee mugs, and the tea cup, and the dishes.lol everything!
