About this house rental
This wonderful house is a short drive from many world-class ski resorts!
Snowbird - 17 min
Alta - 22 min
Brighton/Solitude - 30 min
Park City - 45 min
Also nearby are great paragliding, biking, hiking trails, and restaurants!
Four to five cars can fit comfortably in the driveway.
With five bedrooms, sleeping twelve, this is a great home for large groups or a few people wanting space. It is perfect for retreats, family reunions, and gatherings of friends.
Five thousand square feet of well-appointed house. All new furniture, linens, kitchen utensils, etc. Mid-century modern style with an outer space theme. High-end media center with 83 inch LG OLED TV and 5.1.4 surround system. Sonos speakers throughout the house. New high-quality lighting. Boot and glove dryers in closets. Eight person hot tub. Beautiful views in all directions -- mountains above you to the east and the city lights below to the west over the treetops, without a neighbor in sight.
Garage bay available for storing skis and snowboards.
We recently purchased this house and filled it with all new everything -- please be extra kind to it if you stay here! We would especially appreciate it if shoes are not worn inside. There is an attached 1bd apartment downstairs that may or may not be occupied/available.
Nest smart thermostats are set to 71F. Please let us know if you'd like them set warmer or colder.
We have a Ring smart doorbell camera for security.
Please let us know in advance if you are planning to bring a service animal. We discourage pets due to allergies. If you do bring a pet there is an extra cleaning fee.

We were a big group of skiers and snowboarders and this place was perfect for us. Close to both Canyon roads as well as close to restaurants and grocery stores. The host, Garrett is easy and quick to communicate with and i would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Utah.
