Sitting in ten acres of its own land, Pennant Igyn has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, a utility, a king-size bedroom with en-suite, two twins, a shower room and a ground-floor bathroom. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and Smart TV. Enclosed garden and access to 10 acres of private land. Private driveway and private entrance. Two small, well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 1 mile and beach in 2 miles. Enjoy rural Gwynedd from Pennant Igyn. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.

Town: The coastal village of Llanbedrog is situated on the Llyn Peninsula and makes a wonderful base for exploring this beautiful part of North Wales. The village offers two pubs, both serving food. There are lots of nearby sandy beaches, remote bays and numerous walks. Sailing, fishing, pony trekking and golf are all available locally, and the Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach. Just a scenic drive away is the picturesque town of Pwllheli, home to a stunning sandy beach and marvellous views, as well as a regular market which has been running since the 14th century and is popular amongst tourists and locals for its eclectic mix of art and craftworks, along with a smaller local produce market on Sundays.
