Villa Dolce Vita is a professionally managed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 1st floor of a 2 story building (no stairs). Gated community with a heated pool and hot tub located in a desirable north Scottsdale location. Just East of Raintree and the 101 offering easy highway access to get around town. VERY close to great golfing, hiking, restaurants, nightlife, West World, Waste Management Open, Mayo Clinic, etc... Walking distance to grocery, restaurants, coffee and more.
Televisions found in the living room and BOTH bedrooms. Both bedrooms offer King beds. One bathroom has double vanities with a walk in shower and the other has a tub/shower combo with a single vanity.
The LARGE patio overlooks the pool in the distance with landscaping and trees throughout. Comfy seating to enjoy the AZ weather! One reserved covered parking spot just in front of the unit. Other non covered guest spots available.
***1 dog allowed w/ pet cleaning fee. Make sure to add to your reservation when booking. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.
All linens, towels and stocked kitchen supplied. Free WIFI. Cable TV, Wireless Internet, Washer/Dryer...

The location was great, the property was clean, and the complex was very quiet. The internet good have been better was my only complaint.

The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Lovely condo, very concerned about the. Cleanliness. The floor had a black residue on it, the windows were hard to see out of, because they were so dirty.master bedroom bathroom the toilet wouldn’t flush. Main toilet leaks, washing machine flooded the kitchen. I spent a lot of my vacation cleaning, and mopping up water. Would love to revisit, but fearful of the manager of the condo. He was very confrontational. When we had a concern he would accuse us of causing the problem. Would love to revisit.

Clean, quiet, was met at the condo and explained several things about condo. Let us check in as soon as we arrived from airport,
