Very cute house....located close to shopping, University of Oregon and coffee.....Just what the add says....well stocked - very nice linens. Kitchen has everything - nice pots and pans and flatware. Only thing is there was no check out list - but after contacting the Owner (who responded quickly)...he sent sent it to us via email. One small cleaning issue - but overall a really nice stay. Well worth the money and location.

Great stay the only low point is the driveway - Bushes being trimmed back would help - Drivers side a bit muddy when getting in and out of the car. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a spot. I'm sure I'll use it again.

House was perfect for what we needed. House was clean and exactly as described in the listing. I would stay here again.

Loved the rental, everything was great. I do whish the bedrooms had tvs in them and little more laundry detergent for the guest. All in all my time here was great.

The inside, furnishings, and amenities were great: clean, with plenty of space and everything we needed. It was much larger than expected, even! Love the shower for it’s easy access & shower heat and water temp/pressure. If I need size of space when visiting the area again, I would definitely check its availability before any others.

The home was comfortable with two bedrooms and comfortable beds in each. We had a little issue with the access code not being available right away due to some Wi-Fi issues but the host was able to open the home remotely within a few minutes. We found most things we needed in the kitchen, although we wish there would have been a toaster and enough coffee for our stay. There were some dirty cookie sheets and pots / skillet and we wanted to cover the cookie sheets with tin foil which we could not find. We reported these issues to the homeowner so hopefully they will be attended to before the next guests arrive. For those with a longer stay, there's a very nice set of washer/dryer. We only needed to throw in the towels on the last day but they are very large capacity machines if you have a big family. The bathroom is updated and has a Nice rain shower fixture. Not super great pressure but still nice. Bring your own hair dryer. There is not another half bath as advertised in the description. The driveway is quite narrow and the grass is very muddy as you exit your car. We had to do a bit of cleanup of our shoes and the entryway. There had been a terrible snow and ice storm just prior to our arrival so there were a lot of downed trees and branches everywhere in the city. We totally understand the priorities in helping other properties regain their power and heat. Every time we texted Josiah, he responded promptly to help us with our needs. We would definitely recommend this home.
