Sunny SF House w/ Parking, Great Location, Spacious and Convenient to Everything

Location, location, location. The neighborhood and location are prime so you are definitely paying for these. The parking is great and the communication was good. Home cleanliness was good, but it should be due to the minimal nature of things. The listing listed games, books, kids plates/utensils which were not in the space. But the sparse kitchen utensils and items mean you should definitely consider eating out.

Amazing location within walking distance of the park, restaurants, and small grocery stores. And the garage was a piece of mind for the car rental.

Clean, spacious, with plenty of beds, nice kitchen living room with morning light. Having a garage to park in is a big plus. Great coffee two blocks up, proximity to the park, and adjacent restaurants. Great value for a large group!

The kitchen had some staples like oil, salt and pepper, they were oddly stacked by the stove and limited. There were coffee filters, which was appreciated and a coffee pot, but no coffee. There were no paper towels, bare minimum dishes (four plates, a few bowls, a few cups).There was some foil and plastic wrap, but no Tupperware. There were five paper plates. No napkins. The sink was slow to drain. The dishwasher was not plugged in and a sign said do not use. The disposal in the sink was broken. The stove was greasy and oven was dirty. The floors needed to be mopped. The "third bedroom" was not a bedroom, rather a Jack and Jill connection room that had to be accessible through one of the bedrooms. This meant whoever slept in it couldn't get out to the bathroom at night without disturbing one of the other two bedrooms. Also, this room was where the TV was located, so it was tricky to watch a show as a group especially because the couch was pulled out into a sofa bed (as the third bedroom). There was no TV in the common living room. The bathroom was fine.There were 6 towels and two washrags in the house. For 6 people for 5 days this felt lacking. There are only 2 beds and 2 pull out couches. I was charged 50 extra to get linens for the pull out couches, then told that they generally charge and extra fee per person above 4 people. This conflicts with the "Sleeps 8" on the listing. Be prepared to pay extra for people to sleep on pull out couches.
