-Late Check-out: A late check-out is not available at this time. A fee of $50 will be applied for check-outs between 11 AM and 1 PM. Departures after 1 PM will be charged the full nightly rate.
-Trip Extension: If you'd like to extend your stay, please notify us before 9 AM on the day of your scheduled checkout.

-Damages: You are responsible for any damages incurred by you or anyone in your party. Any repair or replacement costs will be communicated to you via invoice.
-Parties/Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We will reach out to you if we suspect such activities. Failure to respond may result in an immediate reservation cancellation without a refund.
-Security & Safety: For your safety, we have exterior security cameras that are on at all times.
-No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property, but is allowed outside.
-No Pets: We do not allow pets on the property.
-Linen Care: Our linens are professionally cleaned for each guest.

This cottage/efficiency apartment was perfect for my five-day visit to my hometown. It had everything I needed and then some. The space was thoughtfully laid out and very clean. The fridge included a small freezer compartment that was bigger than expected. The location was convenient to all areas of Columbus including downtown and the north side. Although the location was between a commercial and residential area, it was not noisy at all and it felt very safe. Parking was a little tight a couple of days when everyone was in. I would definitely stay here again, with pleasure.

The property was in a great location! Communication was smooth and property was exactly as described. The only negative is that there was so much dust on the floor under the bed when I checked in and the patio door and the patio was covered in dust. If you have dust allergy, def come prepared.

The property was kept clean and being renovated often. The POC for questions was always quick in their response and very helpful. I can tell this place is cared for. It’s in the middle of Columbus in a decent part of town and for the price you really can’t beat it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a long or short trip in the area of Columbus.
