About this house rental
Enjoy a fully enclosed exclusive beach front property. Gated private parking leads to a fountained courtyard and magical gardens that embrace a large two-level hacienda style residence. You will have the entire second floor, with sweeping views of the ocean and Isle Cerralvo. Owners maintain the ground level for personal use and will not be present when second floor is rented.
You will have private use of a secured equipment bodega to store all your watersports equipment in, an expansive rear yard laid with artificial grass (perfect for easy/ clean equipment set-up and pack-away), and you will have convenient beach access leading directly to a kite/wing launch site. When not in the ocean or on the beach, you will love the beautiful custom tiled 44-foot pool, the covered outside patio and bar abutting the pool, a private hot tub overlooking the ocean, and an ocean-side fire pit. There are picturesque gardens and private/covered spaces for sitting and relaxing throughout the property. On the roof top (third floor), you will be stunned by the panoramic views of the ocean, island, and mountains. From here you can relax at a second roof- top fire pit, and witness the brilliant Baja sunsets.
Inside the residence, you will enjoy the bright, spacious design and open floor plan. A full kitchen (new appliances) opens into a high-ceiling dining and living room. Gorgeous ocean views abound. There are two large master suites, one with a queen bed and one with a king bed, attached bathrooms, and private patios with unobstructed ocean views. There is also one bedroom that has a queen bed + closet, and detached full bathroom. One of the master suites has its own entrance, and can be connected via the patios. This unit comes with additional convenient appliances such a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and an outside mini-bar. All interior spaces are well curated with beautiful furnishings and art. All spaces also have split AC units for rapid and customized temperature control.
The residence is centrally located (on the beach, Casa Verde Hotel immediately neighboring to the south and Kurt & Marinas hotel neighboring immediately to the north). It is within easy walking distance to yoga, mountain biking and equipment rentals/ lessons, and restaurants. The beach access accommodates easy snorkeling, swimming, paddle boarding, fishing, beach walks, kiteboarding/ winging/ wind-surfing, building sand-castles and collecting shells. The cactus forest to the south boast stunning trails that are a joy to run or bike on. There is literally something for everyone!

This place is totally lovely. Beautiful house, beautiful views, abundant wildlife, quiet and peaceful. Watch whales breaching from the living room and endless pelicans and frigate birds flying overhead. Just a few steps down to the beach where you can snorkel right in front of the house. Plenty of food options nearby including within walking distance. We were very happy with our stay! One small suggestion would be to have a few more kitchen utensils, particularly larger pots/pans, to make cooking for a larger group easier. Overall, a truly fantastic experience!

My family had a wonderful stay at Casa Blanca for a week. The owner was very available and accommodating to some travel difficulties we had. She helped arrange transportation, a chef, and restaurant recommendations. The on-site manager also helped looking after our children during a brief disruption as well as assisting with any onsite needs. The pool area and hot tub was a big hit with our children, as well as mornings walking the beach looking for sea shells. We definitely recommend Casa Blanca and La Ventana!

House was perfect for our adult family of four. East access to scuba, wind sports, and beach. Pool and hot tub were great to return to after a fun day in the sun. House was comfortable with great views. Definitely will return!
