-No pets (building rule) $250 cleaning fee + non-refundable cancellation
-Quiet hours: 10pm–8am
-Guest must be 21+ and the person booking must be the one staying
-No booking for someone else
-Rental agreement required within 48 hours of booking
-$250 damage deposit hold + $39 accidental damage waiver apply

The room with the balcony overlooking the Atlantic was delightful! The accommodation is as advertised and we were very pleased. The only drawback with the property is the one building key policy. I understand the basis, but to only have one key to the building when my sister and I were going in different directions most days required a lot of planning and was somewhat challenging. Otherwise, it was perfect! Tim and Andy (owners) were easy to communicate with and responsive to all request! Thank you!
