There’s a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, in the open space kitchen, living & dining area, separate office ( with WIFI), formal lounge with atrium. In the outdoor area theres a gas BBQ with outdoor dining, and secure undercover parking for 2 cars. Located in Rose Park on one of Adelaide’s most sought after residential streets. 600 metres from the village shopping area. No need to get into the car to get a coffee or visit the mini mart

Immaculate property and the host was so lovely and couldn't have done more for us. Great location and very well maintained with everything you could ever want for a 2 week stay. Book this place you will be so comfortable and happy.

To say this property exceeded our expectations is an understatement. The moment we arrived to find a spacious beautifully decorated home, the wow factor came to mind. Photos on the website show the features of the house, but they fail to capture the feel and ambience of this property. Spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully provisioned, the house had everything we needed for our 7 nights’ stay. There are two sitting areas inside and we also enjoyed sitting and eating in the back courtyard garden, and having afternoon tea on the front porch.
Rose Park is a gorgeous Adelaide suburb, with tree-lined streets and lovely old homes. Walking the streets and enjoying looking at the houses and gardens was a highlight of our stay. Dulwich Village is just around the corner with a supermarket, cafes, take-away places, etc. and Norwood with a larger shopping strip is not far away. If you don’t want to drive into the city, it is within walking distance through parkland, or bus stops are nearby.
Our host, Leanne, was a delight to deal with. From the first interaction when we were enquiring into the property, she was responsive to any requests we had, and checked in with us during our stay. She had very thoughtfully provisioned the house, providing pantry basics, as well as milk, eggs, bread, butter, etc. She even checked with us before arrival to ask what bread we preferred. And she provided a box of chocolates, which didn’t last long!
So much we enjoyed - we will be back!
