About this house rental
Enter "Casa de Palmas"-- our little slice of paradise in the heart of Lake Havasu. Our family loves coming here every chance we get, whether swimming in the pool, nights in the jacuzzi or hanging out at the outdoor bar watching a game on either TV's in the backyard. The oversized bedrooms are the perfect place to catch up on sleep after days on the water. Centrally located, plenty of parking, both on the driveway and in the garage for you to bring any and all desert toys you have!
We do offer the pool to be heated while you stay. It runs on propane and heats pretty quick but it is pricier than regular gas or electric. To heat the pool would be $250 per day with a three day minimum. The spa is available year round at no additional cost.

This property was clean and well stocked. Everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The host was very attentive and was available as needed. The location of the home was minutes from all the restaurants and bars. The backyard pool area was like a resort you could hang out on the warm days. We enjoyed our time and plan on coming back to start our snow birding time of our life’s.

The house has 3 bedrooms. The master with a king bed had a lot of room in it. Even a couch in it. Nice bathroom with large shower. The second bedroom had a queen bed in it. All the beds were comfy with memory foam mattress. The 3rd bedroom had queen bunk beds. The second bath is shared by the two bedrooms. It had a bath tub/shower, sink and toilet. There is a game room with quite a few video games. The 2.5 car garage which is pretty large had a ping pong table and sandbag games. The kitchen was a nice size with all the space you would ever need. Nice stainless appliances. If you are renting this home, you will need to bring your own tinfoil, zip lock bags. It had a kurig coffee maker but no coffee pot. The eating area is enough for 6 people to sit at the table. The living room is very stylish with decorative shelves and a 50ish inch TV. It has the ability to login to your own streaming accounts. The outside back patio is relaxing with a couch set by the fireplace with the TV. It was too cold for us to sit outside. It also had 3 patio tables and a couple of lounge chairs by the swimming pool. The pool when we were there was unheated and too cold to use it. The hot tub bubbler did not work but it felt very nice sitting in it at night looking at the stars. The pool area also has a tiki bar with a TV. Just be aware that if you have a dog that you will have to pay an extra fee. That was not in the write up of the property.
