Private fence, fully fenced back yard. Large paver patio.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house and garage. *However, we do not allow parking inside the garage or opening of the garage. it is broken and screwed shut.
The Neighborhood:
Walking distance to the lake with a boat ramp. Publix a few minutes away.

The home was spacious and exactly as pictured. For four women over 30yo who came down to play in a flag football tournament, it was very comfortable. The only cons were as follows: There was lots of construction going on so it made it harder to find the street and turn on and off the block, but that's a temporary issue. Additionally, the home directly next door is dilapidated and there were some men walking around that property late at night, and it felt uncomfortable having them close enough to see in the windows. Overall, the host was responsive to issues we had with the A/C and heating system and we had a good stay.

Home was perfect. Our plans changed and we could only stay one night but this home would have been perfect for a longer stay. Lots of sleeping room! Modern amenities.

We were in town to work the Sun N Fun airshow and the location was perfect and was clean and exactly what was described.

This was such a wonderful home away from home. The host was very responsive and courteous. Everything was as described. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying there again.
