Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house and garage. *However, we do not allow parking inside the garage or opening of the garage. it is broken and screwed shut.



The Neighborhood:

Walking distance to the lake with a boat ramp. Publix a few minutes away.

Plenty of parking

We’re here to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience! Please note, The listing price reflects the base cost for the accommodation and does not include additional charges for extra guests. Providing the accurate number of guests while booking helps ensure correct pricing and avoids any surprises

To finalize your reservation, guests are required to select one of our protection options. This includes a small, non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage during your stay.


**No Refund Policy**:

We do not allow any reservation changes that result in a refund. We have a strict no refund policy.



**Guest Registration**:

You must register all guests. There is a charge of $15.00 per night per guest over two. If the correct number of guests is entered during booking, your rate will be adjusted accordingly. By having extra guest fees after two, we are able to keep the base rates lower.



**Pet policy**:
Please make sure to register your furry friend and pay the pet fee before check-in. If this isn’t done, we may have to cancel your booking and ask you to leave without a refund. For more details, please check our pet policy.

Excessive barking: We kindly ask that you manage your dog’s barking. If there are any complaints, we may need to ask you to board your dog or find alternative arrangements.



**Events**:

We don’t allow parties, but we don’t mind hosting certain events with prior arrangement before booking. Event fees are negotiable on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to ask! Please note, unapproved events will incur additional charges, including any extra cleanup fees.

Your security is our priority.

For your protection, we have security cameras on the front and rear of the property for the protection of our guests as well as the protection of our properties. These cameras cover the front entryway (doorbell camera) the driveway, and the backyard.

There are no cameras inside the house.

Late Check-Out / Early Check-In If available, we offer late check-out or early check-in for a fee of $50. If you’d like both and they’re available, the fee is $100. Just reach out to the host to arrange it. Thanks!
