Cute 1 bedroom, 1 bath single unit located in a peaceful and centrally-located area in Historic Old Northeast neighborhood of St. Petersburg. This spot is allll about location!! If you are looking for luxury, fancy, and perfect, this isn't your spot! If you are looking for clean and cozy, we got you! The desirable Beach Dr is 2 blocks away with St. Pete Pier a 15-min walk. Grab a bike 1 block away, ride into downtown St. Pete, where there are museums, shops, restaurants, movies, parks, and more!
The space
The unit is located on a corner lot, next to a larger house that has smaller studio apartments. Your unit is in a separate building, has 1 bed, 1 bath and your own parking spot! The bedroom has a king size bed, TV with cable full size ironing board and iron, hair blow dryer, linens, extra blankets, and towels. The couch in the living area is a sofa sleeper that sleeps two.
Guest access
The front patio is open to all guests. Outside the back door of your unit, there is an open space as well that is accessible to you.

The neighborhood is very peaceful with sidewalks for a stroll or a bike ride anytime.

As a woman who travels a lot alone this place was wonderful. Easy to find. Easy to walk. Easy to get to ANYWHERE. I highly recommend if you are a hit the pavement and explore person…This is ideal. Lots of convenient touches all over which made the stay feel more personal. Will definitely book again.

The place is very clean and centric. Not suitable for people with mobility issues, the space is limited and the restroom is challenging to use due to its design and height. For us it was enough because we don't have mobility issues. I recommend this place due to its location, price and cleanliness.

We adored St Pete 3 Minutes to Pier! The location is perfect for walking downtown and to Tampa Bay. The property was spotless, comfortable, and the location was perfect. We came down for a short vacation, and three of us were very comfortable staying here. The owners were very responsive when we needed help with something, and we loved the little touches like coffee pods and bottled water. I would highly recommend this property!

Bed was comfortable, but there were dead bugs all throughout the home. There were a few live moths and winged ants flying throughout. The last 2 nights both my daughter and I were bitten while sleeping. The home was ok otherwise. The neighborhood was ok and felt safe. There was one issue with the lock battery not working and the owner had to come change it but she did so in a timely manner and kept me informed.
