Classy 2 story home, with 3 bedrooms and a extra attic space with a queen bed that adjoins a large room, remote work space, lots of spaces to eat meals together, fun hangout recreation space in the basement, sun room, outdoor patio and spacious yard. Safe neighborhood!
Enjoy local breweries, vineyards & farmers markets. So many local events, with opportunities of hiking, biking, kayaking, or touring the countryside. Walking distance to Bridgewater College & Bridgewater Retirement Community. A short drive to James Madison University, Harrisonburg, Staunton, Eastern Mennonite University, & Massanutten Resort.
Perfect place for meeting friends & family with plenty of space to host: outdoor patio, back yard, sun porch, and a recreation room in this classy 2 story home.
This home was built in 1951 and was the first on the street, there has only been 2 owners and the house has been kept in the family.

My college buddies and I had a great stay at the Yellow Door House. We played golf out of there and made full use of the kitchen, living area and backyard. The grill out back is great. YDH was clean, spacious and well located. Plenty of room to park vehicles on the side street and use the side entrance. Will return for sure.
