No Steps Here :)) Completely renovated to compliment the crystal sands of Siesta Key, this coastal modern condo is fresh and ready to welcome your beach vacation. Providing 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and right beside the community pool, you will not find a better location. Guests enjoy 1 covered space for their vehicle and additional visitor parking throughout the community.
Brand new kitchen, quartz countertops, mosaic backsplash, top of the line stainless appliances, wood looking porcelain tile, decorative shower with newly installed shaker vanity.. Newer furniture with a walk-out patio, all on the first floor of the community. The pool is a few steps to the gated entrance. This one has it all!

Excellent resort with nice pool. Fishing off dock with other guests nice way to pass the time. VRBO distance from beach very misleading, actually pretty long walk. Plan on driving 5 min to public beach which is beautiful with plenty of parking.

Excellent location, within walking distance/3 minute drive to beaches. Public trolley access to the village and up/down the strip. Right next to the pool. Great area, there is a charcoal grill by the dock, yes there's a dock on the intercoastal waterway, bring your fishing pole. Billiards table, piano and community library in the clubhouse. Justin was always available for any issues that came up. There is a coin laundry mat on the premise too! Will definitely book again!

We had a great stay in this condo and will rent again. Jason was always available by text and got back to me very quickly. There were just some items I wish the condo had like a cooler, comfortable updated chairs for the beach and more beach towels. Honestly everything else was wonderful, but they are necessities in a condo so close to a beach. Loved our stay regardless

Great heated pool. Very clean and Justin the property manager was very helpful. Would stay there again.
