Holiday apartment Turtle Island Studio / Type B: 40 m², 2 adults + 1 child up to 2 years. Spacious studio, air conditioning, unique sea view of the bay and Turtle Island from the comfortable balcony. Kitchenette for self-catering.
Take a holiday in one of the most beautiful corners of the Ionian island of Zakynthos: Villas Cavo Marathia is located in an idyllic hillside location at the quiet end of the Cape of Marathias. There are 14 apartments spread across the 1.5 hectare property with a panoramic pool, which can be reached via small paths and steps.
From your own balcony or terrace you have a unique panoramic view of Marathias Bay & Turtle Island. The stylishly furnished comfort studios and maisonette apartments have a spacious living/sleeping area, a spacious marble shower room and a separate toilet. The facilities also include a well-equipped kitchenette with a kitchenette and refrigerator.

Our dream path takes you in five minutes through our olive tree groves to our small private bathing bay (rock/pebble) directly below the complex. Enjoy the seclusion, jump into the cool, crystal-clear water in the morning or evening or go snorkeling in the turquoise blue water.
MY GETAWAY - RELAX BY THE POOL
Start your day sportily and swim a few laps in our new panoramic pool or train on our fitness equipment. Relax in the pool loungers and enjoy the peace and the wonderful views over Villas Cavo Marathia and the Marathias bay.
Relax on the beach, learn to dive, go boating: Villas Cavo Marathia is located in the middle of the largest nature reserve on the Ionian island of Zakynthos, the Bay of Marathias is part of the WWF National Park.

Discover our flora and fauna, observe the sea turtles of Zakynthos - with a bit of luck you will see one of these endangered animals in our small beach bay. The romantic pebble beach with crystal clear water is only 800 meters from our complex. Above the small bay you will find two authentic taverns serving local cuisine. Dive into the nearby beautiful diving areas - the most beautiful and famous around the Ionian Sea - with crystal clear, sparkling water. Or snorkel in the grottoes and mysterious caves at Cape Marathias. In our idyllic harbor town of Limni Keri - two kilometers away - you will find a PADI diving school. In Limni Keri you can also shop, eat out or rent a motorboat and explore the beautiful bay.

Visiting a new place is always nerve racking no matter how many blogs and reviews you read. The owner and staff really help calm our nerves, answering questions before or stay and sending detailed info and providing even more suggestions and details in a booklet provided in room. which is based off past tenant experiences in near by activities and dining and they where on point. For those who are looking for a location with a view to look at from your rooms, you will not go wrong staying hear.

We just enjoyed seven unforgetable days at Villas Cavo Marathia. What a quiet and peaceful location with perfect service and surrounding.
An excellent mixture of hotel and apartment residence with a varied breakfast and take-aways at panorama terrace (extra fees).
Lovely apartment, tidy and clean. A romantic pebble beach in 10 minutes walking distance - there is a taverna next by. From our balcony we had an amazing view on the bay and Turtle Island "Marathonissi", one of the landmarks of Zakynthos.
