Fantastic accommodations and walking distance to downtown area. Host was extremely helpful with things other than our stay in Cody. Highly recommend.

Overall, our stay at this facility was good. It was a newer building and it was located close to several places in the city. It was a walk away from local restaurants and small shopping centers. The management was overall responsive. The only oddity was at the end of our stay. We were charged $80 for two missing pillows. We didn't think this was fair, considering we didn't take the pillows. Considering we were from out of town, and we were going directly into Yellowstone National Park, there was no way for us to really contest this problem. We were also unreachable during our stay inside Yellowstone due to having zero reception inside the park. To give credit to management, they did attempt to reach us, but unfortunately we had zero reception. In the end they still made us pay the additional fee. This felt a bit unresolved, as we did not take the pillows, but were still charged for them. It did leave a sour taste to the whole situation, considering we actually enjoyed the facility. This additional fee felt unnecessary and excessive, it felt like we were being punished for something we didn't do. Despite the comforts that this place had, I will not stay here again for the small reason above. Management could have handled it differently.
