The Beach Club C-103 is a beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bath condo conveniently located on the ground floor of Catalina Tower.

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit
• Access to the balcony from the living room and the primary bedroom
• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need in your home away from home; dining table seats four with two additional bar stools for extra seating
• Washer and dryer conveniently located inside the unit
• Living area has a sofa sleeper
• Primary bedroom features a king-size bed
• Second bedroom features a queen-size bed
Clubhouse Amenities (Optional):
• Beach-front community pool with bar/grill and seasonal kids’ entertainment, complimentary morning coffee, fitness center, indoor pool, onsite arcade, sauna, snack bar, spa (additional service fees apply), steam room, tennis courts, and towel service.
• Guests may enjoy the four outdoor tower pools, tennis courts, and food trucks without purchasing clubhouse access.
Clubhouse fee: $53/day/unit (up to $287 for seven days) — payable directly to the Beach Club. Monthly reservations are $100/month per couple.
Additional Features & Rules:
• Keyless entry for hassle-free check-in and check-out.
• Parking passes $42 each, plus tax. Two passes are automatically applied. Visitor passes $7/day. Notify the office if additional passes are needed. Registration is required for each vehicle.

We rented this condo to be close to our daughters’ at cheer camp. The location was great. Loved that the girls could go one from the beach to the condo without having to wait on an elevator. We room was clean and comfortable (although the bed was a little firm for me). I would certainly rent this condo again

Room was nice and everything was clean! Loved being on the 1st floor right in front of the pool! It was so easy to go back and forth to the condo, I’ll forever be staying on first floor rooms from now on!

This condo was absolutely all we hoped for! With 11 year old kids, it was so nice to be on the ground floor with the pool right in front of it. It made for an easy walk to and from the beach/pool. When we first arrived we didn’t have our initial toiletry items/towels, but they were quick to get them to us as soon as we let them know there was an issue. Condo was clean and surprisingly quiet being right in front of the pool. Beds were super comfortable. The resort was super nice and clean as well. We definitely plan to stay here again!
