Just 2 block from Denver commuter train, newly remodeled, fully furnished, tons of upgrades. Primary bedroom: queen bed (sleeps 2) w/new mattress & ensuite. Bedrm2: queen bed (sleeps 2). Bedrm3: twin daybed w/trundle (sleeps 2). Bathrm2 is spacious, w/tub & lots of cabinet space. Tree-lined cul-de-sac, walking distance to reservoir, open space, tennis courts. Fenced yard, pet friendly, all utilities included.
We love the leathered granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, & double-paned windows for extra insulation in all weather conditions. Check out the wall art – most are canvas prints of Colorado landscapes by local photographer. Chefs will delight in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen w/ island & bar seating. Cozy up by the fireplace in MCM chair, leather sofa, and relax with the 55” TV. Note the new furniture throughout. And enjoy modern conveniences like keyless entry, security cameras, and Starlink internet (125 Mbs speed), & a Roomba to clean while you’re away.

We stayed here for a softball tournament and it was a great location between all the fields. House was perfect. All the amenities and more. My kiddos like to go and play tennis at the nearby courts too. We will be back for sure!
