Our home is in a quiet and private neighbourhood and backs onto a forest!
In accordance with municipal bylaws, our property has a maximum occupancy of 8 adults. We can comfortably accommodate up to 10 total guests (8 adults + 2 infants under age 2). Guests are not permitted to sleep overnight in the dome, but are welcome to enjoy it throughout the day.
For the safety and comfort of our guests and neighbors, this property is equipped with a noise decibel monitoring device. The device does not record audio and is used solely to monitor the volume level of noise in the home. This helps ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and our house rules regarding quiet hours.
Your privacy is fully respected — the device only tracks sound decibel levels and cannot detect or record conversations. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
**VERY IMPORTANT** Please note that a $400 security deposit will be charged at the time of booking. Once your stay is complete and the property has been inspected with no damages reported, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
1. No parties or extra guests. Guests will be charged a $500 fee in the event of any parties or extra guests, regardless of any damages.
2. No smoking indoors. Guests will be charged a $500 fee in the event of any smoking in the home, regardless of any damages.
3. Strict quiet hours past 9PM.

Our stay at this cottage was nothing short of magical! Our group of friends were looking for a place to vacation together and this place was perfect and had it all for a very reasonable price. The space was very clean and had a lot of amenities like a hot tub, sauna, ping pong table, boardgames and a movie projector—there was never a shortage of activities for us to do. The cottage offers a very peaceful atmosphere with serene views of nature all around- especially picturesque this time of year with all of the snow. I’d like to point out as our stay took place in the winter, that the driveway was well groomed and maintained, and the area around the house was very well salted so we had no concerns for safety or access. The heated tiles in the bathroom were a very nice addition during this season of cold weather too too. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to our host who was very quick to respond, professional, kind and very accommodating to our needs and concerns. The host went out of their way to ensure booking went smoothly and that we had a wonderful and comfortable stay, and for that we owe you great thanks! I would recommend a stay here, as I would absolutely come again.
