Tavira Top Apartment offers a great opportunity to enjoy the most spectacular views of Tavira and its surrounding nature.
This fabulous 2 bedroom apartment has been beautifully renovated, with a modern kitchen, furnishings and a vast roof terrace.
Ideal for all seasons, with great natural light and comfort and very central, within easy walking distance to everything. The apartment is really well suited to the more agile and guests who are happy to walk up a few flights of stairs for their daily fitness routine. The apartment is on the fourth floor, hence the fabulous views across the city. Access is via an indoor staircase only.
The bedrooms have small terraces and the roof top, up one flight of stairs is very spacious, overlooking the church gardens and whole of Tavira townscape.
A comfortable and well-appointed one level apartment with living and dining area, two double bedrooms, one being en-suite, another bathroom and a well equipped kitchen.
The building is on the outskirts of a residential area, just next to a beautiful garden besides the São Francisco church.
Within minutes’ walk of a great selection of restaurants, cafes and shops.
There is a beach ferry from Tavira riverside, a 5 minutes’ walk away from the apartment.
There are excellent golf courses within 10 to 20 minutes drive from the accommodation. The closest are Benamor, Quinta da Ria and Quinta da Cima, Monte Rei.

Great location and amazing views from the top floor. Super clean and recently refurbished spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Overall this was a great place to stay as it is within 10 minutes of all amenities and key sights in Tavira.
Other pros:
Fully equipped kitchen and stove
Dishwasher and washing machine
Access to rooftop patio with amazing views
Close to shops and markets
Quiet apartment
Cons; the stairs to the apartment itself. There are 12 flights of stairs to get to the 4th floor apartment! It is not an easy climb and you must be in shape and have no mobility issues. It was a workout for us every time.
Front door and locks- the front door to building is difficult to unlock and must be carefully closed everytime or else it makes a loud noise that disturbs residents. The locks to the apartment are also tricky.
Air conditioning- the unit has A/C in the living room and kitchen area but does not cool the bedrooms. You must use electric fans for bedrooms and the rooms can be warm at night.

Overall our stay was good. The stairs can be a problem. So you need to be reasonably fit.
