This cozy home is located less than 2 miles away from High Point University. It’s in a great central location in walking distance to some shops and restaurants. It’s also less than a mile way to hwy 74 which makes it easier and faster to go to Greensboro and Winston Salem both are less than half an hour away. It's pet friendly. Very accommodating with my requests. Wonderful place to celebrate Thanksgiving with our children and grandchildren. A dishwasher would be nice, but this way everyone got to help with clean up.

Home was clean, very simple. There was coffee, and filters in the kitchen. The house was well supplied with paper towels, and household item. The beds are low with bed toppers on them. The faucets for the showers are a bit difficult and the hall bath does not have a liner. There is no front walk to the front door. With recent rains it was not ideal. The front bushes at the end of the driveway need to be trimmed the street is busy so reversing is a bit scary.
