Our group was there for an event at the Convention Center. The house was great for a large group! Most of the bedrooms had an en suite bathroom, so it was like staying in our own private hotel. The rooms were clean. A big bonus was that there were 2 large refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. The game room was fun for the kids to hang out in and the theater room made for great relaxation with the group. Access to the neighborhood center with a lazy river, kids area, work space, etc was a HUGE bonus that I didn't feel was advertised hugely in the listing. It was right across the street from our house and so easily accessible. The house was in a neighborhood with super close access to SeaWorld, OCC, Discovery Cove and many restaurants/grocery stores. The host was very responsive to our requests/questions and made it a very easy stay. I highly recommend for a large group.
