About this apartment rental
Welcome to a world apart! A 330-hectare valley between hills, overlooking the sea, surrounded by a golf course that has won several awards for being the best golf course in Spain. Natural areas and landscaped paths have been preserved amidst native vegetation and fields of lemon and orange trees. In an exclusive, secure resort, just 3 minutes from the Las Colinas Golf Club House, a brand-new flat on the ground floor of a small luxury building. A spacious living room, with 55-inch Oled TV with digital reception and WiFi. The dining room table will comfortably seat six guests, and the fully-equipped kitchen (with wine fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, osmosis cold water, outdoor electric barbecue) will give you a taste of Spanish cuisine. A covered terrace of 44 m², extended by a private lawn of 97,5 m², invites you to relax in the mildness of the region's exceptional climate. It is equipped with garden furniture, a large table and six chairs, and two sunbeds. The two bedrooms have luxury hotel-quality beds measuring 200 x 180 cm. The electric blinds and blackout shutters will give you a restful sleep, while each bedroom has a shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and toilet.

We had a fabulous time. The apartment is great, and it is obvious that you have taken great care to create a beautiful holiday home, we really had an amazing stay. The apartment manager Christian was very helpful and was always available and was very efficient and effective.
We found the apartment very well equipped and had everything we might need. There were very few suggestions to make for improvement, but we would suggest the following;
Provide arrival and departure details and leave a copy in the apartment for reference
Perhaps consider two sets of door keys? If we wanted to go out for the day, and other guests wanted to stay around the pool, it was a bit of a challenge to co-ordinate access to the apartment.
We definitely look forward to visiting your apartment again and will share the details with family & friends.
